Change order
We are unable to modify orders that have already been placed in our online store. However, you can cancel and create a new order, free of charge, within one hour of placing it. The above change requires you to contact us by phone at +30 2421028308 or by email at info@dresscodevolos.gr, in which case you will be informed of any change costs and the corresponding procedure.
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order by calling us at +30 2421028308 or via e-mail at info@dresscodevolos.gr within one hour of placing it, at which time you will be informed about the options you have depending on the stage at which your order is .
Product Changes
You can change the products you have purchased from our online store, as long as there has been prior telephone or electronic communication, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. After 14 days any change request is not accepted.
Changes can be made either online or in our physical store provided that their original packaging has not been tampered with and after it has been established that the products are in perfect condition without the special markings (tags) being removed. As long as the above conditions are met, you can return the products for replacement exclusively with courier companies, using their original packaging and enclosing the retail receipt to the following address: "Dimitriados 96, Volos". Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Exceptions are defective products or any errors in orders due to the fault of the company.
All products returned to our company's warehouses are subject to thorough quality control. Please note that we will need 2-3 working days from the day of receipt to check whether the products meet the above conditions for return for replacement. In any other case, the products are not replaced and after notification they are returned with shipping costs borne by the customer.
Earrings are excluded from the right of change for hygiene reasons, while changes are accepted for promotional products only in case of replacement of a defective product or an order error due to the fault of the company.
In the case of an online change, your new order must be of equal or greater value. Alternatively, you have the option to ask us to credit your account with the amount of the return value for future use within 30 days from the date of issue of the return document.
Product returns
You can return the products you have purchased from our online store within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The right of return is only valid if you notify us of your request in advance by phone at +302421028308 or by sending an email to info@dresscodevolos.gr before the deadline for the right of return expires. No returns are accepted without prior contact by phone or email. Along with submitting the request, you commit and agree that:
• You must send the products without their original packaging being unsealed or tampered with, in perfect condition and without the special markings (tags) removed, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• If the above conditions are met, you must return the products exclusively with courier companies, using their original packaging and enclosing the retail receipt to the following address: "Dimitriados 96, Volos".
• The costs of transport (of the original shipment including the return) are borne exclusively by the customer.
• We are entitled to refund the money by deposit to the bank account you indicate to us, once we receive the products back and confirm that they meet the above return policy conditions. In any other case, the products are returned with shipping costs borne by the customer and without any financial obligation of the company towards him.
Defective products
All products are subject to thorough quality control by our company before shipping and are packed accordingly. In case you find a problem upon receipt, contact our company immediately (the same day) by sending an email to info@dresscodevolos.gr attaching a photo of the product in the condition you received it.
If there is a defect in the product or an error in the content of the order that is due to the company's fault, we assume the return costs, as long as you return the goods within 3 working days from the date of receipt. The return will be made exclusively with the courier company that we will indicate to you, using its original packaging and enclosing the retail receipt to the following address: "Dimitriados 96, Volos".
The defective product is repaired accordingly or replaced and returned to you again at our company's expense. If it is not possible to repair it, it will be replaced with another product of equal value or the amount of money you have paid for the purchase will be returned to you. Refunds are made within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product. If your payment has been made by credit card, cash on delivery or bank deposit, the refund will be made by deposit to the bank account you indicate to us.
A basic condition for the company to accept the return of products for repair/replacement due to its fault, is that any defect in the product is not due to its misuse. If it is determined that the wear and tear is due to misuse by the customer, the product is not repaired or replaced but returned and the shipping costs in this case are borne by the customer.
